Summer is winding down, so I'm trying to spend as much time outside as possible! One of my favorite things to do on a warm summer night is to eat dinner al fresco with my family.
Here's one of my favorite warm weather recipes that is super quick, easy and healthy! It's really fun to customize with your favorite toppings and can be made as a savory main course or as a sweet dessert!
Each pizza serves 2-3 depending on the size of your watermelon
Cut the ends off of the watermelon. Cut the watermelon into round slices. Add toppings of your choice and cut each pizza into 4 pieces.
Here are some of my favorite topping combinations:
- Greek Yogurt
- A handful of Granola
- Drizzle of Honey
- Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt & Pepper to taste!
- Goat Cheese
- Chia seeds
